Thoughtful, Evidence-Based Care Grounded in Connection

At Bluebird Psychiatric Care, treatment means understanding how biology, environment, and nervous-system regulation intersect.

Our treatment philosophy blends neuroscience, psychopharmacology, mindfulness, and lifestyle medicine—helping patients regulate, recover, and reconnect with their lives. Each plan is personalized, trauma-informed, and designed to evolve with your needs.

What We Treat

Anxiety and panic disorder treatment through telepsychiatry in Colorado.
  • Personalized, trauma-informed care for persistent worry, social anxiety, and panic symptoms that interfere with daily life.

  • Comprehensive evaluation and treatment for ADHD and executive-function difficulties—helping improve focus, motivation, and follow-through.
When diagnostic clarity is needed, neuropsychological testing may be recommended to confirm or refine the diagnosis before treatment planning.

  • Attachment-informed and trauma-focused psychiatric care that helps patients process distress, regulate emotions, and rebuild trust in themselves and others.

  • Affirming psychiatric care for autistic and neurodivergent individuals. Support focuses on sensory regulation, emotional insight, and self-acceptance.
In some cases, formal psychological or neuropsychological testing may be recommended to establish diagnostic confirmation or identify learning and processing profiles.

  • Compassionate, recovery-oriented support for individuals experiencing psychosis, perceptual changes, or disorganized thinking. Care centers on stabilization and empowerment.

  • Personalized treatment for depression, mood swings, and bipolar spectrum conditions. We emphasize stability, self-awareness, and long-term balance.

  • Treatment for obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, and perfectionistic patterns using integrative medication strategies and therapy collaboration.

  • Improving sleep quality and daily rhythms through targeted medication, behavioral guidance, and nervous-system regulation.

  • Specialized psychiatric support for premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and perimenopausal mood shifts using both hormonal awareness and pharmacologic care.
In some cases, collaboration with your primary care provider or gynecologist may be recommended for hormonal evaluation or hormone therapy to complement psychiatric treatment.

  • Support for life transitions, grief, or sudden stress—helping you navigate emotional overwhelm and regain control during times of change.

  • Practical, integrative strategies for professionals facing chronic stress and emotional exhaustion—focused on recovery, motivation, and boundaries.

  • Addressing the connection between physical and emotional health through integrative psychiatry and nervous-system regulation.

  • Collaborative care for patients managing sobriety or substance use recovery—integrating medication, therapy coordination, and relapse prevention.

At Bluebird Psychiatric Care, we recognize that healing isn’t linear. Whether you’re seeking clarity, stability, or renewal, we’ll meet you where you are—with compassion, expertise, and evidence-based care that adapts as you grow.

Why Bluebird?

  • Bluebird Psychiatric Care blends modern pharmacology with psychotherapy and lifestyle support. Every treatment plan is guided by clinical research and personalized to your goals — because evidence and empathy should coexist.

  • Your history and sensitivity matter. I use trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming principles to help patients feel safe, respected, and understood. The goal isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to support regulation, insight, and balance.

  • You’ll never feel rushed. Sessions allow enough time to think, ask questions, and fully explore what’s happening — not just manage symptoms. Care is paced intentionally so decisions are clear and collaborative.

  • As a solo provider, I maintain a consistent therapeutic relationship — no provider hand-offs or rushed transitions. You’ll work directly with me for treatment planning, refills, and ongoing progress evaluation.

Care that’s personal, evidence-driven, and designed for sustainable change.

Our Services

    Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

Initial Visit includes a full psychiatric assessment that reviews mental health history, medical background, and current concerns. This session establishes your diagnosis, identifies contributing factors, and creates an initial treatment plan tailored to your needs.

    (In-person or telehealth options available.)

  • Layered mountain ranges with a hazy sky in the background.

    Medication Management & Follow-Up Care

Follow up appointments focus on carefully evaluating medication effectiveness, monitoring side effects, and assessing your overall progress.

A typical follow-up includes supportive psychotherapy, education, and collaborative planning to ensure your treatment aligns with your personal goals and lifestyle.

  • Two mustard-colored armchairs facing each other with a potted Monstera plant in between, set in a bright room with white curtains, two tall floor lamps, and a light wooden floor with a white rug.

    Therapy-Integrated Medication Sessions

Most people benefit from integrated care, so we provide sessions that blend medication management with psychotherapy techniques. These visits focus on emotional regulation, insight development, and behavioral change — all within one comprehensive appointment.

Returning Patients

If you’ve seen me before at my previous clinic, please select the New Patient Intake option for your first visit at Bluebird. This is a one-time setup step that sends the required consent forms and updates your information in my new system. You’ll still be treated and billed as an established patient.
